John Foley - Artist.The art of photography to me is a great art form whether it is a photograph of the 1950's -60's or any other decade great photographs capture a moment in time that becomes timeless.
A photograph can stir up many emotions in the viewer, a landscape, cityscape or a family portrait, everyone has been moved by images. Liverpool artist John Foley, has a fantastic eye for capturing the perfect picture, and his work has been well received and sort after. |
John was brought up in Liverpool and still lives in the Fazakerley area with his wife and family, and it is his Love of the city that has inspired him to take up his camera, just like Mike McCartney did in the 1960's, John Foley is following in his footsteps.
Foley's black & white images makes the modern architecture of Liverpool take a step back in time, and his mix and use of Colour brings out the natural hidden jems along the leafy suburbs of the city that many people don't realise are there, that is the skill of the Artist John Foley.
