"This book will appeal to any true Beatles fan who wishes to discover that little bit extra about the world’s most famous boy band."

I admit I haven't read the book, but neither do I intend to. The sentence above tells me all I need to know. Actually, I know a little more. The book contained the grand total of ...26 locations! 26! Any Beatles historian worth his salt would find 26 just in Woolton, or the Georgian Quarter, and I believe he hasn't even visited the few he includes.
I hope this is self-published, because if it were published by a traditional company, it would be an insult to all those hardworking Beatles' authors and historians. What really surprises me is that Bill Harry, who interviews all the people who ask him to write a foreword (he also found a basic error in the facts) agreed to associate with this.
There are so many Beatles books out there that anyone who wants to join the market should have something new to say, or at least a different angle. 26 sites means he could have only included the most well-known ones, and that information is easily found by Googling it ... oh, wait a minute - that's exactly what he did!
